Our AWS (hosted on Amazon Managed Services with state-of-the-art security) are fortified with firewall, up-to-date patches, and 24/7 threat detection service that continuously monitors for malicious activity and unauthorized behavior.
Each user account can be governed with two-factor authentication (2FA) and strong password enforcement. Admins can set the required password strength level, and enforce 2FA for all your users.
Network traffic is encrypted using Transport Layer Security (TLS). Encryption for data at rest and in flight is automated and secured. Rest assured knowing your most important data is safely secured at all times.
Strict access rights clearance with 2FA authentication to any customer data for internal staff (that is regularly reviewed in accordance with ISO 27001 standards). No third party vendor can gain access to user accounts.

We understand the importance of the strength of a team to protect our users’ data. Annual security awareness and personal data protection (PDPA, GDPR) training is conducted for all Detrack staff, to ensure all staff are trained to detect phishing attempts, and fully aware of the up-to-date best data protection practices. Data is immediately deleted once a user terminates their account. Deleted data will be archived in temporary storage for the next 30 days before it will be permanently deleted from our servers with no backup records. Refer to our data retention schedule.
We developed features to mask personal data for delivery tracking, and help you comply with data protection regulations.
